A collaboration with an Ontario craft brewery, this time from our home town of Thunder Bay. Made with the help of Sleeping Giant Brewery’s award winning Beaver Duck session IPA, this sauce has a boldly pronounced fruitiness and a bright but savoury vibe from start to finish. A wine from a collaboration between Nicholas Pearce and Will Predhomme to create wines from their favourite regions. This Pinot Noir is made from vines planted in the Yamhill Carlton, Oregon. Reflective of the mix of sedimentary & volcanic nature of the soil and the 2018 vintage, the Stags Hallow Creek truly expresses its place. Red cherries and raspberries on the nose, floral with notes of dried violets. Firm yet delicate tannins. Extremely refined and perfumed, the most delicate Pinot Noir expression we’ve made to date. Pinot Noir is very versatile to pair. Apparently, it could even mean Ominium Gatherum, which is everyone's favorite Finnish Death Metal Band.  Our OG means 'The Original' since this is the cookie that started Legally Addictive.   Salty, sweet, chocolately and crunchy. The combination never fails. Made with a crispy combination of a cracker,  salted handmade toffee, semi-sweet chocolate and topped with sea salt, the combination results in one of the best tastes known to mankind.
