Bellweiser is our take on an ‘old world’ pilsner, showcasing a pale malt body, firm bitter backbone, and noble-esque hops. Floral and citrus from the Japanese Green tea, harvested every year from our Brewmaster's tea field in Japan, melds harmoniously with German and French hops in this big, but agile IPA. A simple but robust malt profile and a high alcohol percentage help balance out the natural astringency from the hops and tea, creating a beer that opens with force but does not linger beyond its welcome. Sweet, honey- and biscuit-like notes fill the middle out, while the hops and green tea surround and suffuse the palate, creating a silken texture along the way. Volume: 355ml ABV: 6%

Greenwood is a bright, juicy nod to the hazy beers of the green mountain state and a tribute to our own neighbourhood. We’re proud to bring back Glorioso Italian Pilsner - inspired by Weyermann® Eraclea Pilsner Malt, a terroir malt produced from premium Eraclea barley grown near the Adriatic Sea northeast of Venice. This dry, crisp, Italian pilsner is generously dry hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Styrian Bobek to impart elegant, floral, earthy, sweet spice and citrus aroma and flavour.Volume: 355mlABV: 5.5%

Jutsu was created to embody all the elements of hoppy beer we love, in a most approachable format. It’s super aromatic, but low in bitterness, incredibly hazy, but light bodied, and strikes the perfect balance between juicy and dry. Henderson’s Best, our flagship ale, is a modern take on classic English Ale; refreshing, with a mild floral nose and an ABV of 5.5%. To create this beer, we tried to imagine the beer first brewed in Toronto at the beginning of the 19th century and how it would have changed and matured over the 215 years between then and now.That recipe, tweaked throughout 2015 became Henderson’s Best. Best won an award at the 2016 (Bronze) and 2017 (Gold) Ontario Brewing Awards. Henderson’s Best is moderately hopped, with caramel and malt-forward flavour. Pouring a beautiful soft cloudy pink and smelling of a tropical vacation, our Guava Gose is like a sour mashed wheat beer dosed with the largest batch of guava we could get away with. The base Gose has a balanced lemony tartness from the presence of malted wheat, Himalayan pink sea salt and coriander with a flowery bright smoothness from guava. These last couple years may not be what we had all imagined but we’re still celebrating a sense of togetherness with friends both near and far. Creamy, big and aromatic, Hello, Friends! is a full bodied IPA brewed with Galaxy, Motueka and Mosaic hops that take a tropical dive into big papaya, clementine, soft honeydew melon, and bitter pine for a long finish.Volume: 355mlABV: 6%

A Laurentian adjunct lager with heritage corn. This beer was brewed with locally grown 2-row malt from Mississippi Mills Malting and heritage red and white corn from Against the Grain Farm.Volume: ABV: 4.5%

Roman Candle is the first IPA we ever brewed, back when we first got reliable access to Citra and decided to base a beer around it. Dry-hopped at the rate of our Double IPAs, perfectly balanced, and showcasing bright citrusy aromatics, “Rocan” has earned a place among our favourites.Volume: 473mlABV: 6.8%

The heartbeat of our brewery - this was the first beer that we ever brewed back in 2002 when we opened our doors. Where other breweries have come along and copied us, the idea of making an organic beer was a precept of our company and it still represents that spirit of doing the right thing that governs everything that we do here at Mill Street. Another delight of a beer from our friends at Dominion City. Bursting with fragrant florals, stone fruit and citrus aromatics. It's soft and round with a delicate bitterness that makes this hazy IPA dangerously crushable. Brewed with locally grown Cascade and Chinook hops from Hayhoe Hops; a family-owned farm in Elgin County, ON near the north shore of Lake Erie. Volume: 355mlABV: 5%

As much as we strive to respect Czech brewing tradition, celebrate smoked biers, and experiment with Japanese ingredients, one major through line in our eclectic lineup is sessionability. We've been exploring light and low alcohol beers for a while now because we know they can showcase as much finesse, flavour, and refinement as beers with higher abv. The truth of the matter is, the biggest compliment you can pay a brewer isn't a 5 cap rating on Untappd, it's ordering or reaching for the same beer twice in lieu of reaching for what's new - new - new. It's with these aspirations in mind that we crafted Baby Světlý Low Alcohol Czech Pale Lager (1.5%). Baby Světlý underwent a single decoction mash and uses 100% Saaz hops and Czech floor malted barley. Lagered for six weeks, naturally carbonated, and you guessed it - Made with Struggle and Love™, this one packs everything you love in our stronger Czech pale lagers in a leaner package. Volume: 355ml ABV: 1.5%

Our organic barley comes from the Great Plains of Canada. I had the opportunity to go and meet the farmers that grow this organic grain for us, and they are amazing people. These fine folks have taken one step back, and are doing things the right way. This is an American-style craft lager brewed with pale and amber malts, and a whole lot of American west coast hops to give it a wonderful character that’s certified organic. All of the organic barley malt, hops and yeast come from west of the 100th Meridian–thus the name. It is a truly Canadian craft brew that combines the “best of the west” ingredients, a unique recipe and classic Mill Street smoothness. It’s no wonder it won gold at the 2017 International Brewing Awards in the Specialty Class 3 Organic Beer category. Volume: 473ml ABV: 5%

Notes from the Society of Beer Drinking Ladies: For this beer we took one of our fave beer styles - Belgian Table Beer - and tossed in a healthy dose of lemon zest and raspberry juice. Jelly King combines bright and juicy hop aromatics with a refreshingly tart base, and is bursting with notes of fuzzy peach, tangerine, and grapefruit. Rather than choosing between sour or hoppy, we decided to create a beer that would be both at the same time. Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop (Citra, Amarillo, and Cascade), harnessing the pleasing acidity of lactic acid producing bacteria (we use a 5-strain house blend), and coming to a bottle near you without a pesky 2 year slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of having your cake and eating it too. Monogamy is our ongoing series of IPAs brewed exclusively with one hop variety at a time. In other words, it's a delicious, controlled experiment designed to give us all a better understanding of what a hop can do when it flies solo. Brewed exclusively with HBC 630, this beer showcases notes of white Freezies, Swedish Berries, and Fuzzy Peaches. Volume: 473mlABV: 6.4%
