As much as we strive to respect Czech brewing tradition, celebrate smoked biers, and experiment with Japanese ingredients, one major through line in our eclectic lineup is sessionability. We've been exploring light and low alcohol beers for a while now because we know they can showcase as much finesse, flavour, and refinement as beers with higher abv. The truth of the matter is, the biggest compliment you can pay a brewer isn't a 5 cap rating on Untappd, it's ordering or reaching for the same beer twice in lieu of reaching for what's new - new - new. It's with these aspirations in mind that we crafted Baby Světlý Low Alcohol Czech Pale Lager (1.5%). Baby Světlý underwent a single decoction mash and uses 100% Saaz hops and Czech floor malted barley. Lagered for six weeks, naturally carbonated, and you guessed it - Made with Struggle and Love™, this one packs everything you love in our stronger Czech pale lagers in a leaner package. Volume: 355ml ABV: 1.5%

Our organic barley comes from the Great Plains of Canada. I had the opportunity to go and meet the farmers that grow this organic grain for us, and they are amazing people. These fine folks have taken one step back, and are doing things the right way. This is an American-style craft lager brewed with pale and amber malts, and a whole lot of American west coast hops to give it a wonderful character that’s certified organic. All of the organic barley malt, hops and yeast come from west of the 100th Meridian–thus the name. It is a truly Canadian craft brew that combines the “best of the west” ingredients, a unique recipe and classic Mill Street smoothness. It’s no wonder it won gold at the 2017 International Brewing Awards in the Specialty Class 3 Organic Beer category. Volume: 473ml ABV: 5%

Light beer brewed with Wakatu hops. It pours a light gold, boasts a restrained but present spicy hop profile, but at the end of the day, is uncomplicated and delicious.Volume: 473mlABV: 4%

Brewed with wheat, oats, and lactose sugar, and kettle soured with lactobacillus. Conditioned on hundreds of pounds of blueberry, strawberry, and guava puree, as well as a hint of vanilla beans. Notes of juicy strawberry, tropical guava, and red fruit. Full-bodied and smooth with a juice-like blend of sweet and tangy.ABV: 6.9%Volume: 355ml

Established in 1914, Wrigleyville consists of the block of Chicago that is bound by Clark, Addison, Waveland, and Sheffield streets and is home to one of America’s oldest and most famous ballparks. Wrigleyville Grisette is like spring in Chicago: complex and ever-changing. It’s dry, refreshing, bitter, and funky with a creamy yet light body and the colour of an early spring sun. Notes of honey, lemon, dried apricots, hay, and a touch of white pepper and oaky vanilla are topped off with a light foamy head.Volume: 355mlABV: 4.5%

This is a highly balanced beer - just tart enough to notice it and subtly sweet from the Ontario peaches. And at 3.8% it's light enough to enjoy any time of day.Volume: 355mlABV: 3.8%

This modern Vienna style lager pours golden colour with amber hues and a good layer of foam. The nose is subtle with notes of grain, fresh hops, citrus and light malt. The subtlety follows through on the palate that is balanced and refreshing; this is one that is easy to enjoy.Volume: 473mlABV: 5%

The base is a Vienna-style lager brewed very traditionally – Vienna and Munich malts with Hallertauer hops in the boil. After lagering, lime zest and Ekuanot hops are added for their aroma of lime, apple, and orange.Volume: 355mlABV: 5%

We like to call it a taste of terroir - a beer made up of ingredients found close to home. In fact, if you took the same recipe and made it in another city with ingredients close to there, it would likely taste very different. It's the spirit of the original Pilsner.Volume: 355mlABV: 4.5%
