Another delight of a beer from our friends at Dominion City. Bursting with fragrant florals, stone fruit and citrus aromatics. It's soft and round with a delicate bitterness that makes this hazy IPA dangerously crushable. Brewed with locally grown Cascade and Chinook hops from Hayhoe Hops; a family-owned farm in Elgin County, ON near the north shore of Lake Erie. Volume: 355mlABV: 5%

Beginning as a saison and finishing as something more enigmatic, Yuzu combines Japanese citrus and Belgian yeast with restrained hopping to create a light, lively beer accentuated by delicate tartness and minerality. Expect notes of lemon zest, freshly-peeled mandarin orange, and a hint of clove with a crisp finish. Volume: 355ml ABV: 4.1%

Jelly King combines bright and juicy hop aromatics with a refreshingly tart base, and is bursting with notes of fuzzy peach, tangerine, and grapefruit. Rather than choosing between sour or hoppy, we decided to create a beer that would be both at the same time. Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop (Citra, Amarillo, and Cascade), harnessing the pleasing acidity of lactic acid producing bacteria (we use a 5-strain house blend), and coming to a bottle near you without a pesky 2 year slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of having your cake and eating it too. Pouring a beautiful soft cloudy pink and smelling of a tropical vacation, our Guava Gose is like a sour mashed wheat beer dosed with the largest batch of guava we could get away with. The base Gose has a balanced lemony tartness from the presence of malted wheat, Himalayan pink sea salt and coriander with a flowery bright smoothness from guava. The end result is a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour, leaving you refreshed and wanting more.Volume: 473mlABV: 4.9%

Notes from the Society of Beer Drinking Ladies: For this beer we took one of our fave beer styles - Belgian Table Beer - and tossed in a healthy dose of lemon zest and raspberry juice.
