Henderson’s Best, our flagship ale, is a modern take on classic English Ale; refreshing, with a mild floral nose and an ABV of 5.5%. To create this beer, we tried to imagine the beer first brewed in Toronto at the beginning of the 19th century and how it would have changed and matured over the 215 years between then and now.That recipe, tweaked throughout 2015 became Henderson’s Best. Best won an award at the 2016 (Bronze) and 2017 (Gold) Ontario Brewing Awards. Henderson’s Best is moderately hopped, with caramel and malt-forward flavour. Polotmavý, roughly meaning "half-dark," is in some ways the Czech answer to Germany's exquisite Dunkels. It's similarly dark amber in colour, robust and refined in its malt profile, and unparalleled in its sessionability. Godspeed's Polotmavý is triple decocted, lagered for 6 weeks, naturally carbonated, and uses Saaz hops and Czech floor malted barley. The result is a beautifully balanced, clean, and malt-rich amber lager with notes of toasted bread loaf crust, caramel, peppery spice, and distant granola. Notes from the Society of Beer Drinking Ladies: For this beer we took one of our fave beer styles - Belgian Table Beer - and tossed in a healthy dose of lemon zest and raspberry juice. Bursting with fresh and bright raspberry and lemon aromas and flavours. Perfect for easy summer drinking. Volume: 473mlABV: 4.5%

Flavourful, but easy drinking, a Cali Common is a warm fermented amber lager pioneered in San Francisco. Knock on Wood, is medium bodied and moderately malty. It has a clean lager profile with a hint of toasted caramel and a nice peppy carbonation!Volume: 473mlABV: 6.2%
