From the near perfect 2020 growing season, the Break-In Pinot Noir shows all the signs of a ripe vintage.Bright cherry and strawberry mix seamlessly with herbal and spice notes on the nose. While still an elegantcool-climate Pinot Noir, this wine has more body and depth than expected from our Beamsville Bench vineyards.The well-balanced fruit, acid, tannin and alcohol should allow this Pinot Noir to age gracefully for a number ofyears to come. A combination our Pinot Noir that was whole-bunch pressed with smaller amounts of saignée make up this purposefully made 2021 Rosé. The juice was fermented in stainless steel and in old neutral French oak barrels to balance the fresh aromatics with texture and body. Strawberry and young peach on the nose along with bright citrus flavours on the palate really make this an all-occasion wine. Chill well and pair this with just about anything, or enjoy on its own. Dressed Up To Party is a co-ferment of apples + dark plums, with skin contact Riesling.It's bright and whimsical, like rosé from a brighter timeline. The blend is 90% cider macerated on whole red and blue plums for 8 months and 10% Riesling, fermented on skins for 23 days. ABV: 6.2% Volume: 750ml

Seemingly immune to the difficult harvest conditions of 2021, Pinot Gris shrugged it off, and once again delivered beautiful, ripe fruit. As usual, about half of the fruit was allowed to macerate for 24 hours of skin contact, allowing us to extract the full potential of colour and aromatics from the skins. The nose is all pear, nectarine, cantaloupe and citrus, mirrored on the palate. The body is rich, yet balanced by the natural acidity of the vintage. This is the epitome of a ‘summer sipper’, and pairs perfectly with back decks, docks, fire pits and Muskoka chairs. ABV: 12.4% Volume: 750ml
