Famiglia Baldassarre hand-makes traditional pasta from scratch in their space on Geary Ave in Toronto's west end. They make pasta for some of Toronto’s best restaurants, and also have a packed two-hour restaurant a few days a week on site. Their frozen products are made fresh every week.
