  Sacrilege version 2.0 — ‘Skin Contact White’ 2021 is here! The Pinot Gris portion spent 12 days fermenting on its skins like a red wine before being pressed, while the Riesling spent 12 hours macerating with its skins before pressing. The resulting wine is chock-full of peach, apricot and citrus notes from the Riesling, backed up by dried flower, herbal and umami notes from the skin-fermented Pinot Gris. This low alcohol wine is dry and fresh with just a hint of tannin on the finish making it a very versatile bottle on the dinner table. Due to its low alcohol level and lack of residual sugar, this wine is comparatively low in calories. ABV: 11.5% Volume: 750ml

  A combination our Pinot Noir that was whole-bunch pressed with smaller amounts of saignée make up this purposefully made 2021 Rosé. The juice was fermented in stainless steel and in old neutral French oak barrels to balance the fresh aromatics with texture and body. Strawberry and young peach on the nose along with bright citrus flavours on the palate really make this an all-occasion wine. Chill well and pair this with just about anything, or enjoy on its own. ABV: 12.6% Volume: 750ml
